Prices are listed in Euros and include 25% Danish VAT, unless otherwise specified.

Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to access our paid services. Free resources are available to users of all ages.

Personal Information
I, Nicole Punzi, am dedicated to protecting your personal data. I do not disclose personal information about my customers or clients. I reserve the right to restrict access to digital products if the personal information provided appears to be incorrect.

Order and Delivery
Digital products, including videos, e-books, audio files, and recipes, will be delivered as agreed and can be accessed via email or through the app.

Usage Agreement
Purchased products are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed or used for commercial purposes without prior permission. For authorization to quote or use purchased material in teaching, please contact me via email. You are responsible for ensuring that purchased materials are not disclosed to third parties.

All digital content is copyrighted © Nicole Punzi. You may use the content for personal purposes, including private listening and printing worksheets, images, videos, or e-books. Redistribution, sharing, lending, copying, selling, or publishing of the content without prior written permission is prohibited. This includes using the content for educational purposes.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your purchase for a full refund, provided the course has not started. If the course begins within this period and you agree to start early, you may forfeit your right to a full refund. After the cooling-off period, cancellations before the course starts may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations during the course will be refunded based on the remaining days. For private sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations more than 7 days before the session will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 7 days of the session.

Sessions
Prepaid package sessions must be used within one year from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after one year from the purchase date are non-refundable.
