The following terms and conditions of sale govern the offer and sale of products on the website www.npcares.com and are required by Danish legislation.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any product through the webshop. By placing an order of any product you indicate that you have read and understand the terms and conditions and agree to be bound by these.
Prices & Payment
All prices include Danish VAT (25%) and are stated in Danish Kroner DKK.
You are welcome to use any of the following cards: Dankort (Danish credit card), Visa, Master Card and Visa Electron.
Danish transactions using payment cards are free. The terms and conditions are the same as when you otherwise use these cards.
The payment is made via a secure server (SSL), which means that all sensitive data is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties. The total sum will be taken by Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) and will only be taken from your account once the products have been sent from our warehouse. It takes 1-3 days for products to be sent.
No sum greater than the sum you approved on purchase will ever be taken from your account.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
NP Cares ships to addresses within the EU and to some countries outside of EU.
All packages are sent by Post Danmark.
Shipping fee for dispatch within Denmark: DKK 36-49 (maximum 5 kg)
Shipping fee for dispatch to EU countries: DKK 100-200 (maximum 2 kg)
Shipping fee for dispatch to countries outside the EU: DKK 250 (maximum 1 kg)
Orders will be delivered to customers, as a rule, within 1-2 working days to delivery addresses within Denmark.
For deliveries to countries outside Denmark please allow an additional 7-10 days for your order to arrive.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & RETURN of GOODS
You may change or cancel your order if it has not been sent yet. If you wish to make a change or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will strive/do my best to help you.
In the event that products have already been sent, you may cancel/return your order within 14 working days from the date you received the goods.
The return is at your own expense and you need to arrange it yourself. It is your responsibility that the returned products are packed safely.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Note, however, that this does not apply to items that are listed as non-returnable for reasons of hygiene, including, but not limited to, items such as cosmetics, food and beverages.
To cancel your order, please, contact me at email@example.com quoting your:
- full name
- order number, as shown on your order confirmation
- your preference to receive either a refund or a replacement of the goods.
Or you can use a standard withdrawal form from the Danish E-mærket. E-mærket is an e-label. A Danish certification scheme that works for trusting e-commerce between customers and traders. Read more on emaerket.dkif your are Danish.
In your message, make clearly aware that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You must send your order back to me without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified me that you wish to cancel your purchase. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with product return shipping. Missing original packaging may be an impairment, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the product is returned in original packaging.
The products must be returned to the address below no later than 14 days after receipt.

NP Cares recommends returning the products with a track & trace number, as you will only receive a refund once the goods have been received and examined by NP Cares.
Once the goods have been examined and approved by us, NP Cares will return the money to the credit card you used to pay for your products immediately. For security reasons it is not possible to refund money to a different credit card. Exceptions may however be made if the payment card that was used for the purchase has been replaced by a new card in the mean time. Please note that credit card fees will not be refunded.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
NP Cares recommends that you inspect your entire order upon delivery. Faults and defects on receipt must be reported no later than 14 days after receipt.
If one or more of the ordered products has been destroyed or was faulty on receipt, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org within reasonable time or at your earliest convenience.
You will receive a 2 year warranty period on all products if something goes wrong or is faulty with the product.
This means that you can either have your products replaced, your money refunded or you can receive a deduction in price, depending on the situation:
- if the complaint is justified
- the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior
The complaint must be notified within “reasonable time”, and no longer than 2 years from the date you received the product. Any complaint after this period will not be accepted unless stated otherwise.
If your compliant is justified, NP Cares will refund reasonable freight costs that you may accrue as a result of returning the product.
You may complain in writing or verbally, and the claim should be sent to NP Cares at email@example.com or noted by phone at +4561271893 as soon as possible.
Please provide the following information:
- Description of the fault
- Receipt or order number
- Whether you want a monetary refund or a replacement product
- Your contact information
ODR Regulation, the European Commission has established a European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR platform). The ODR platform is a web-based platform that is specifically designed to help consumers who have bought goods or services online and subsequently have a problem with that online purchase.

PERSONAL DATA POLICY
Your personal information
In order to make an agreement about an order, NP Cares request the following information about you:
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Invoice/order form in our customer directory in connection with the purchase
This information is used for delivery and billing purposes only.
Your personal data is registered with NP Cares and stored for five years, after which it is deleted.
The information given is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with consumer legislation (the Danish Personal Data Act). This means that you are entitled to see what information NP Cares has registered about you.
Your information will not be passed on, circulated nor sold in any way to third parties without your acceptance, and NP Cares will not register any sensitive information.
If you are registered with NP Cares then you are always entitled to object to registration.

Cookies are information which a website transfers to your computers hard disk with the purpose to keep a record of your behavior on a network and recognize you the next time you visit a website, for instance.
NP cares will aspire to keep the site updated and accurate at all times.
NP Cares reserves the right to change and update the terms and conditions applicable to the site at any time. It is therefore your responsibility to keep yourself informed of any changes and NP Cares recommend that you regularly read the terms and conditions.
NP Cares remains responsible for the products until your receipt of the packages. As soon as the product is handed to you, you will become the responsible owner of the parcel. This means that NP Cares will not be held liable if the product is damaged from the time the product has come in your possession.
Governing law and disputes
Sales mediated through NP Cares related to the above terms and conditions shall be governed by Danish law. By use of the website NP Cares recognizes that any dispute between the user and NP Cares regarding the above terms will be determined by the Copenhagen City Court.
